By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the 92pak9 platform in any capacity — whether as a guest user browsing game information or as a registered player placing real-money wagers — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

Your acceptance of these terms is further confirmed by any of the following actions: completing the 92pak9 account registration process; making a deposit via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or USDT; placing a wager on any casino game or sports betting market; claiming any bonus or promotional offer; or continuing to use the platform after any posted update to these terms.

To register and maintain an account on 92pak9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Each player is permitted to hold one single 92pak9 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances contained within them.

When registering your 92pak9 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number linked to your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet where applicable. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

All account balances on 92pak9 are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR transactions. Where a player uses USDT, conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed within the 92pak9 cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within standard processing windows. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may require additional processing time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 92pak9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, or shared device.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any software, bot, automated tool, script, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on 92pak9.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or pool bonuses.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or pricing error for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected platform error must be reported immediately and are subject to forfeiture.

• Using abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language toward 92pak9 support staff or other platform users.

92pak9 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pak9 and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the platform.

92pak9's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92pak9 makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and third-party service disruptions (including those affecting JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking partners) may temporarily affect platform access. 92pak9 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

Either party may terminate the player's 92pak9 account and this Agreement at any time. Players wishing to close their account permanently may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures and KYC verification.

92pak9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account with immediate effect, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; discovery that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; or where required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination for breach, 92pak9 may in its sole discretion forfeit all balances held in the account, including any winnings derived during a period of terms violation. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may submit a formal dispute via [email protected].

92pak9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the terms will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification and/or email to the registered address on file, with a minimum notice period of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect where practicable.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the 92pak9 platform and request closure of your account before the amendment takes effect. Your real-money balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 92pak9 holds its international gaming licence. 92pak9 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence, details of which are available within the platform.
